Japan successfully put a<strong> spy satellite</strong> into orbit and expects to complete its network of <strong>intelligence-gathering satellite</strong>s with another launch next year. Japan’s space agency,<strong> JAXA,</strong> said the launch from the remote southern <strong>island of Tanegashima</strong> went off without a hitch and the radar-equipped satellite is functioning properly. It was the second launch of the year, following a successful liftoff in September.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. A <strong>194-party climate change conference in Durban</strong> made a a new <strong>U.N. climate change agreement, </strong>Fatih Birol, the <strong>chief economist of the International Energy Agency</strong> welcomed the agreement.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The <strong>Hollaback movement</strong> started in the summer of 2005, when founder<strong> Emily May</strong> and her friends got together to discuss common street harassment in New York City and created Hollaback, a web site dedicated to ending it. <strong>Hollaback came to India,</strong> opening chapters in Mumbai and Delhi.</p>
