1. A project to Indigenously build, multi role stealth warship is PROJECT 17.in year 2010, in the same series, INS SHIVALIK, in Year 2011, INS SATPURA and Next year 2012, INS SAHAYDIRI will be commissioned.The project in indigenously conducted at Mazagon Dock Shipyard Ltd.

7. The Prithvi Air Defense missile has been named as Pradyumna Ballistic Missile Interceptor. It has an maximum interception altitude of 80 km and is capable of engaging the 300 to 2,000 km class of ballistic missiles at a speed of Mach 5.
8. Aakash: is a medium range surface-to-air missile developed as part of India’s Integrated Guided Missile Development Program to achieve self-sufficiency in the area of surface-to-air missiles.Akash is a medium-range surface-to-air missile with an intercept range of 30 km. It can achieve a speed of Mach 2.5.
9. Trishul Missile System::is the name of a short range surface-to-air missile developed by India as a part of the Integrated Guided Missile Development Program. It has a range of 9 km and is fitted with a 5.5 kg warhead.The range of the missile is 12 Kms.
10. Naag Missile System:: Its fire and forget type anti tank missile of range 3 to 7 Kms.
11. The Shaurya missile is a short-range surface-to-surface ballistic missile developed by DRDO.
